With more than 24 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Paula brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership and clinical expertise to Agile Complex Care.
Her extensive background spans community services, complex care, paediatric and adult healthcare, and palliative and end-of-life care, making her exceptionally well placed to support individuals with a wide range of complex health and care needs.
As Clinical Lead Nurse, Paula will play a key role in ensuring robust clinical governance, supporting workforce development and embedding best practice across our services. Her leadership will help ensure that every individual we support receives safe, responsive and person-centred care that is tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

Throughout her career, Paula has worked across a variety of healthcare settings, developing specialist expertise in both paediatric and adult complex care. Her experience includes supporting individuals with highly complex clinical needs, alongside leading quality improvement initiatives, service development programmes and clinical governance frameworks.
