Stacey Robb
Head of Complex Care
Stacey is the Head of Complex Care at Agile Complex Care Solutions,
driving the growth and delivery of outstanding complex care services across the
South West for children and adults with additional needs. She plays a pivotal
role in building high-performing teams and shaping responsive, person-centred
services that truly make a difference.
Beginning her career in care in 2013 as a frontline carer, Stacey has progressed through a variety of roles spanning temporary staffing, community care, and registered management. As Regional Registered Manager for the South West, she successfully led a large office and field-based team, overseeing service expansion, compliance, and the delivery of high-quality complex care.
She later broadened her expertise as a Regional Sales Manager and National Partnership Manager, strengthening key partnerships and supporting strategic service growth before joining Agile Complex Care Solutions.
Stacey is passionate about leading from the front — particularly when mobilising complex packages of care — and is dedicated to building strong, values-driven teams that deliver safe, compassionate, and life-enhancing support to every individual.
Paula Rowe - Clinical Lead Nurse
Paula is the Clinical Lead Nurse
at Agile Complex Care Solutions, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality
complex care services across the South West for children and adults with
additional needs. She plays a key role in ensuring strong clinical governance,
developing skilled teams, and embedding best practice to deliver responsive,
person-centred care that makes a real difference.
With over 24 years of experience
as a Registered Nurse, Paula has worked across a wide range of healthcare
settings including community services, complex care, and palliative and
end-of-life care. She has developed extensive expertise in both paediatric and
adult complex care, alongside senior roles focused on clinical leadership,
quality improvement, and service development.
Paula is passionate about
delivering clinically safe, compassionate care and supporting teams to provide
the highest standards of practice. Known for her calm and empathetic approach,
she is dedicated to ensuring every individual receives care that is respectful,
personalised, and focused on improving quality of life.
