Agile Complex Care is pleased to introduce a special launch rate for case managers, commissioners, individuals and families looking to establish high-quality care packages with a responsive, clinically led provider.
For an agreed introductory period, eligible packages will be available from £29 per hour, per care worker, providing an opportunity to experience the Agile Complex Care model while establishing a safe and sustainable package around the individual.
More Than an Hourly Rate
Our approach goes beyond providing care staff.
Agile Complex Care delivers a fully managed care service, with the clinical and operational infrastructure required to support quality, continuity and accountability throughout each package.
Our hourly rate includes comprehensive assessment and care planning, clinical competency assessments, ongoing package management, MDT involvement, clinical governance, Registered Manager oversight, 24-hour on-call support, electronic care records, incident reporting, quality assurance, recruitment and compliance, and regular care reviews.
This gives case managers and families confidence that care is being actively managed, reviewed and supported — not simply staffed.
Care Built Around the Individual
Every package begins with an individual assessment, allowing us to understand the person's needs, preferences, routines, risks and desired outcomes.
We support a broad spectrum of needs, from consistent daily and enabling support through to complex clinical care. As an individual's circumstances change, our clinically led model enables support to evolve with them, helping maintain continuity and reduce unnecessary disruption.
Working in Partnership with Case Managers
Strong communication and partnership working sit at the heart of our approach.
We work collaboratively with case managers, families and multidisciplinary professionals, providing clear communication, robust governance and responsive oversight throughout the care journey. Our introductory rate is designed to give case managers an opportunity to establish new packages with Agile Complex Care and experience the quality, responsiveness and clinical leadership behind our service.

*The £29 introductory flat rate is per care worker, per hour and applies for an agreed introductory period following individual assessment. Packages are individually assessed and quoted according to care needs, clinical complexity, staffing requirements and service arrangements.
